Newbie Gets Commended By Client

Hey, it's Nando. How are you? I'm doing dandy having just eaten lunch.

So, one of our clients was really satisfied with the service from one of our new customer reps. She wrote us a really nice e-mail thanking him. And to make him blush, here it is:

The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend Patrick G for the excellent service he provided to The Center for Disease Control (CDC). In my opinion, the level of service that Mr. G extended to our company was far beyond our expectations.

I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case I was so impressed by the support and service provide by Mr. G that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. He truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from our industry, the work that Patrick did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. His example even had a positive impact on the attitude and productivity of our own staff!

In closing, I believe that Patrick G deserve to be congratulated and rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond the expectations of our company at The Center for the Disease Control (CDC).
