I'm writing to you to commend your team member, Gloria, for her excellence in customer service. Our company, in choosing to order mats, sought pricing and designs from various vendors. In sending out e-mails, we received several responses, via e-mail, but only one personal telephone call. This was from Gloria.
Gloria’s warm and personal attention to CN made all the difference. It made her stand out and each time that I spoke with her, the warm, receptive, attention remained unchanged.
Gloria called periodically to check to see if we had made any decisions, always asking if there was anything more that she could do to help. In one of our conversations, I informed her that another vendor was selected, that we really liked her mats, and thanked her for her help. Gloria then wanted to inquire as to what she could do further.
In considering her undying efforts to please, her personable service, and her willingness to go the extra mile, we chose your company to customize our mats.
In today’s economic times, it is rare that we take the time to get to the heart of matters and say, “Thank you,” “Can I help you, further”, etc. and we oftimes receive more letters of complaint than commendation.
